Compact Fluorescent Lamps Cold
cathode lamps have been used for years in
laptop displays, copiers and cell phones.
Even some of the new flat panel LCD
television screens and monitors utilize cold
cathode technology because the technology is
proven and reliable.
Recently, the technology has been adapted
and applied to general illumination
products. The 5W A-16 cold cathode lamps replace
the 25W A-19 incandescent lamp; the 3W S-14
lamps replace the 11W S-14 incandescent lamp.
These lamps
offer a life rating of 25,000 hours, even
under flashing and cycling conditions.
The soft starting of the cathodes ensures
long lamp life and unparalleled performance
