production facility is designed to meet specific customer
requirements to produce customized one-off lamps, as well as achieve consistent quality in mass production. Because we at USHIO, design our own production machines, we are able to
optimize our manufacturing process. This results in precision
filling technology making our lamps virtually free of impurities, thus preventing early blackening of the lamp. USHIO UV Emitters are designed to achieve optimized output in the UVC range for Germicidal applications, or shift wavelength peak to UVA or visible spectrum for other applications.
