Job Description:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, email and web advertising
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Collaborate with the team by providing insightful updates and innovative ideas
  • Partner with Sales team to identify target prospects
  • Book qualified appointments and demonstrations for sales associates
  • Coordinate trade shows
  • Understand and utilize google analytics
  • Frequent communication with our factory in Japan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to speak Japanese is a strong plus

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience in a client facing role
