What is Dose222®?
Dose222® Indicator Cards are an easy, cost-effective way to visually verify that specific surfaces or areas are receiving Far UV-C exposure within the expected dosage ranges. Calibrated to react to Filtered Far UV-C light, Dose222 Indicator cards are the best way to regularly check devices using Care222 light sources without special training or expensive equipment.
How Dose222 works:
Dose222 Indicator Cards use specially formulated photo-chromatic ink that is sensitive to Filtered Far UV-C exposure. As the center dot receives Far UV-C exposure, it will change colors that can then be matched to the visual indicators along the outside ring to determine how much dosage was received. A check mark () will also appear in the center dot after the card has received 4mJ/cm2 of Filtered Far UV-C light.
How to use Dose222:
Use Dose222 on a regular basis or at least once per week in areas with Filtered Far UV-C devices. Dose222 Indicator cards are designed to provide a visual indication of applied Far UV-C dosage within a treatment cycle and are not intended to be used as a substitute for microbiological verification of disinfection. Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
DO NOT REUSE.
