We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Arizona Branch on June 16th.
The branch will serve as a center for marketing and technical development of equipment and modules produced by USHIO Inc., with facilities including metrology and exposure systems—particularly for lithography tools and 172 nm excimer lamps.
