Product Information We offer low-noise, high-responsivity PD-LD InGaAs photodetectors paired with transimpedance amplifiers (TIA) in convenient fiber-coupled packages. These assemblies incorporate a 75 micron diameter active area detector that responds optimally to 850nm light sources.
